Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park of Thailand


Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park, Thailand. A marine park in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, is proud of its fascinating nature, that attracts thousands of tourists. It is embedded in the mountains, where hundreds limestone hills protrude and create its signature landscape.

The park also features lush greenery and versatile wildlife, picturesque sandy beaches and islands, hiking trails and viewpoints, where one can admire great panoramic sites. But the most popular and fascinating spot is the Phraya Nakhon Cave. It is a huge chamber with a hole above, so that sunlight comes in and creates this spiritual effect. It is found in a rather easily accessible location: get there by bus from Hua Hin (60 km) or Bangkok (a three hours drive).

The Hum Hod Cliff in Thailand

Hum Hod Cliff, Sai-Thong National Park, Thailand. Found in Chaiyaphum province, a mountainous area, park features versatile unspoiled nature, waterfalls and viewpoints, from where an impressive scenery opens. When to go there?

The rainy season takes place from June to August. However it is the time when Siam tulips bloom.

The park is 70 km (43 mi) from Chaiyaphum and 37 km (23 mi) from Nong Bua Rahaeo. Get there by car, taking Highway No 225.

Mount Bromo in Indonesia


Mount Bromo, Java Island, Indonesia. One of the most beautiful volcanoes in the world Mount Bromo is active, but nevertheless attracts tourists, pilgrims and adventurers. This time the mountain was visited by the Red Bull Skydive Team. They have traveled to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park to complete a rather dangerous mission.

Of course the participators have waited for Bromo to erupt and then they have put on their wingsuits and jumped out of a plane above the active volcano crater. The crew has shot the stunt so that we can admire mesmerizing views as well. Even if you are not up for the challenge like this, you can definitely visit the park and the mountain once in Indonesia.

The volcano is located in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, which is a popular tourist destination. Lately Mount Bromo was active in 2004, 2010 and 2011. Therefore, during the Hindu festival the habitants travel up the mountain to sacrifice food and flowers by throwing it into the volcano’s caldera.

The Indonesian Centre for Vulcanology observes the volcano and issues warnings if it is too dangerous to visit the spot.

One of the most popular natural attractions in the country. Mountain is regarded as sacred by the locals, who make pilgrimages here and sacrifice food, animals and flowers.

The Former Capital of Monton Khmer

Battambang is Cambodia's second-largest city and the capital city of Battambang province in the far northwestern Cambodia and this province which founded by the Khmer Empire in the 11th century. It is the former capital of Monton Khmer and lies in the heart of the Northwest of Cambodia. Until the war years, in which almost every infrastructure was destroyed.

The name Battambang or Batdambang, literally means "loss of stick" referring to a legend of the Preah Bat Dambang Kranhoung (Kranhoung Stick King). It's a riverside town, home to some of the best-preserved, French colonial architecture in the country ( source: Cambodia Tourist Information). The Bordering provinces are Banteay Meanchey to the north, Pursat to the east and south, Siem Reap province to the northeast, and Pailin to the west. One part of this province is near the Tonle Sap Lake, the biggest lake in asia. Battambang province is well known for being the mainly leading rice-producing as big agricultural industry production in the country.


Recently Battambang was off the map for road travellers, but facilities have recently been improved and it makes a great base for visiting the nearby temples, such as Phnom Banon and Wat Ek Phnom, as well as the closed by villages. In addition, it is so interesting which visitor is remarkable is Bamboo Train where is outside of the city. The visitor can explore the daily activity of villager, rice field view and livelihood activity of villager. Battambang city is a peaceful and pleasant place these days. The main parts of the city are situated closed to the Sangker River, a tranquil, small body of water that winds its way through Battambang Province. It is a nice, picturesque setting. As with much of Cambodia, the French architecture is an attractive bonus of the city.

In conclusion the main reasons to visit Battambang City are country-side activities such standard living of villager and rice field harvesting, relaxation with popular and luxurious hotel and temple to get know about history of Khmer Culture.

Bamboo Train In Cambodia


Bamboo train, locally people called NORRY, became the popular transportation for foreigners to sightsee in the country side. It is located near the Battambang City around 7 Km from the city. Normally, the villagers living along or near the railway are traveling on this road by using the NORRY as supposed locally transportation because it is cheap and saving cost expense. Even it is spend time when there are some opposite directions of Bamboo train come joints in somewhere. When they travel with opposite directions, they always help each other, they carry the bamboo carriage from the railway and then push other one straight then they fix the other one again on railway. The travelers have to get off the carriage and waiting for the owner to fix the carriage and motor. They used small size of engine generator to push the carriage.

Bamboo train “NORRY” is made from the existing locally raw material such as bamboo, wooden, nails, steel wheels and two axels. These material are not expensive expect enginery. Each Bamboo train can use multi-transportation as same as car truck or taxi. It is so interesting when villager use it as important transportation for the villagers take patients or pregnant to hospital for treatment and delivery the baby. They also use to transport the livestock.

Today, Bamboo train near the Battambang Capital, is become a popular adventure traveling for the tourist from the world. It is very useful and market for the local villagers to get additional income to support their family. The local authority is formed the group of Bamboo Train to avoid any issues happen when the tourist come visit their place. They also think about the services provide and serve to their customers with good services, and hygiene.


In general, it is great time for the tourist to try riding the NORRY or Bamboo Train, because we can see the view of rice field, learning about the standard living of villagers around the railway and think about what happen if there is re-construction this railway again because the Royal Government of Cambodia loaned from ADB to develop this railway from Khmer – Thai border to Phnom Penh Capital


The Angkor Complex Temples

Originally Cambodia was known The Khmer Empire during Khmer Angkor Era and now Cambodia officially is Kingdom of Cambodia, a country located in the Southern Portion of the Indochina Peninsula in Southeast Asia. Its total landmass is 181,035 square kilometers, bordered by Thailand to the Northwest, Laos to the Northeast, Vietnam to the East, and the Gulf of Thailand to the Southwest.  Cambodia has a King and bout 95% is Buddhist religion. Tonle Sap Lake, located in Siem Reap Province and it is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. During the dry season the lake drains into the Tonle Sap River which flows into the Mekong River.
